Good afternoon I recently had a recall done on my vehicle at your location and just went to do my cleaning of my dashboard and noticed 2 cracks in the location of where my recall was made.. I went up to the service department and they said my car has to many miles??? That has nothing to do with recall or them cracking my dash.. he would not even look at.. yes my car is 9 years old but always parked in garage or has cover in window soo my dash did not crack.. was looking for some kind of help not just NOT MY PROBLEM we did not do it.. wishing I never gave them my great survey at this point.
