Had an appt at 4pm to replace an airbag recall. I arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told their technicians leave at 5:30. It would take an hour to complete. I left work early to make it there. What was the purpose of a scheduled appt? The appt was made 1 week earlier & made sure the replacement was in stock. I will never return to this dealership More
