Disappointed with my latest service. I left the vehicle for 4 days and the issue was not resolved. Dealer claimed the vehicle was not acting up yet as soon as I drove off the lot onto 159th St the problem for 4 days and the issue was not resolved. Dealer claimed the vehicle was not acting up yet as soon as I drove off the lot onto 159th St the problem occurred. Also disappointed with the customer service. I had to call 5 or more times and know one ever returned my phone calls. Would love to share my experience with a manager. More

This was the worst experience I could have had. I was treated like an uneducated, insignificant person. Jim in service treated me like a child. I came into the service dept knowing what was wrong with my treated like an uneducated, insignificant person. Jim in service treated me like a child. I came into the service dept knowing what was wrong with my truck, and asked to be called before any work was done. I then left to stand outside to wait for my ride to pick me up, and I was approached 3x by 3 different slimy men. I was oogled at, I was talked to like a “helpless woman”, and I was looked up and down. This treatment was the stereotypical “car salesman” and it was very uncomfortable. When I was called the next day, I was given a price of $1300 to fix my brakes. When I said that’s more then my mortgage, I would not pay that, I was told well if you don’t want the service that’s fine, but you’ll still owe us $180 just for the diagnosis. Even though it was clear what I came in with. He then said I’ll talk with my mechanic to see what we can do to get the price down. In the meantime I called other reputable mechanics I’ve used in the past. I was quoted up to $500 less, and was talked to as an educated, significant person, unlike how I was treated at GMC. After about an hour Jim finally returned a call. He then stated he could get the cost down a bit, but it still wasn’t much. I asked which set of brakes was worse off, and he tried to bypass that question more than once. Then when he finally answered it was exactly half of the $1300 he originally quoted me. Which in turn was no discounted price. I needed my sensor cameras reset, and that was an extra $180 on top of the numbers he kept quoting me. I then said I will not be doing my brakes at GMC in which he said well if nothing but the cameras are done then it’ll be $180 for the diagnostic and $180 for the cameras. Ummm seriously $360 for my cameras to be reset. No thank you! I asked several times to only have the cameras done and he insisted that I still had to pay the diagnostic because of his mans time. Don’t get me wrong I understand that the mechanics deserve to be paid for the work they do, but a cost of $180 to plug in a computer to diagnose something I came in and told exactly the issue is ridiculous! Not to mention if I’m having work done then that extra $180 should have been waved. I then declined all services since Jim was such a jerk about everything. When I came in to pick up my truck, the cashier even asked if there was any discount I could be given since no work had even been done, and he declined and then stated she should really be charged that twice since my guy looked at it twice. Ummm what?!! The cashier was extremely nice, and was very taken back by his ignorant attitude. I will never go back into Rizza GMC to have anything done if I’m going to be overcharged and spoken to like a child. In this day an age, no woman should be spoken to as an insignificant person. I know a lot about my vehicle, and I know when someone is trying to take advantage of me, and this was the exact situation. I almost walked back into service the night I was dropping it off just because of how I was made to feel while standing in the parking lot waiting for a ride. I’ll never recommend any friends or family, especially any female, to come purchase a vehicle or service here. It was truly the most uncomfortable feeling and situation I’ve been in. More
