Jim O'Connell has been with Courtesy Acura since 2011. He relocated to Colorado from New Jersey 11 years ago and is loving selling Acuras. Jim loves Acura because he believes their longevity and price point is the best compared to other luxury vehicles. I just purchased a 2016 RDX from Courtesy Acura After test driving the 2016 Acura RDX and experiencing all of the incredible new safety features, purchasing this car was easy. The vehicle was solid, quiet and very comfortable to drive. Purchasing the car was very quick and efficient with Jeremiah Watson, Jimmy O'Connell did a nice job of explaining the differences in the packages offered on the vehicle. Leo Falcam was exceptionally good explaining the car in great detail so that I was able to understand what each function does (and there are a lot) and how to operate the car. He was more than willing to meet additional times as there is a lot to learn and even came out to our home to program the garage door openers and my phone. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing an Acura! More

Excellent Dealership We are long-time customers of Courtesy Acura. Most recently, we traded in my 01 TL for a 2015 TLX. Andy was also very friendly and moved us through the purchase process efficiently. After we purchased the car, Leo came to our house the next day to provide instruction/concierge services. He programmed the garage door opener, and patiently taught me how to use all the features of the car. The whole purchase experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Finally, the reason we've remained loyal customers is because the service department at Courtesy Acura is outstanding! Fantastic buying experience of an excellent product I walked into Courtesy Acura a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Jim O'Connell who was very friendly and asked a few questions as to what I might I walked into Courtesy Acura a couple of weeks ago and was greeted by Jim O'Connell who was very friendly and asked a few questions as to what I might be looking for in a car. We looked at several Certified pre-owned RDX's that were on the lot explained the features and the different options available. He was never pressuring and although I left that day without purchasing I came back the next week because I was sure that Courtesy had the selection I wanted and that their sales approach would fit for me. A week later Jim was tied up so he referred me to his partner, Rick Armijo. Again, Rick was very courteous, patient and helpful. I came back about 3 hours later and purchased a 2015 CPO RDX, and could not be happier. Everyone from the initial sales encounter to the very warm reception from General Manager John Osborne to Business Manager Will Douglas were top-notch and provided a much better purchasing experience than I had imagined. My wife, who joined my purchase experience at the end, kept commenting on how nice and how great the whole team was. Thank you very much, Guys! More
