Our buying experience was a good one overall. The sales rep was very helpful throughout the ordering and delivery cycle. My only issue was that the dealer would not provide a trade value when we The sales rep was very helpful throughout the ordering and delivery cycle. My only issue was that the dealer would not provide a trade value when we put in out deposit on the new car. They wanted to wait till delivery to discuss trade value. This lead us to sell our old car ourselves so we knew what we had for a deposit. This added additional hassle to the overal event. More
