End of Lease Rich, Jim and everyone at Toyota were extremely helpful when it came to my lease ending. I chose to sign another lease and wanted a specific color. Ri Rich, Jim and everyone at Toyota were extremely helpful when it came to my lease ending. I chose to sign another lease and wanted a specific color. Rich and Jim called other dealerships to initiate a trade so I could get exactly what I wanted. Rich was very helpful explaining details about the car when it came time to trade. From the moment I sent an email to the moment I drove off the lot it seemed like I was their center of attention. Jim over email was extremely nice and interested in getting me over to test drive the Prius I the lot it seemed like I was their center of attention. Bot even a minute of being outside Dustan came out and helped me pick out the car that was best for me and my life style. He was extremely nice and personal. So happy I went to Fort Toyota!! I visited a Toyota dealership on November 22, 2019 before coming to Fort.
