Service used to be great. Just had my car serviced. Dropped on a Thursday and promised it would be done on Monday. On Monday I received no update and the dealership didn’t ret Just had my car serviced. Dropped on a Thursday and promised it would be done on Monday. On Monday I received no update and the dealership didn’t return my call. On Wednesday I was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer after I was transferred. Received a call on Thursday saying it would be ready on Friday. On Friday I didn’t receive a call to pickup, only an email. Service was terrible. More
