Poor experience. Communication was minimal. Questions asked not fully answered I felt I was disregarded for the matters I inquired about. Warranty company involved Communication was minimal. Warranty company involved had a “different version” of what was going on from the dealership compared to what I was told. Service manager contacted for several concerns and had to reach out again because no response, that too felt like I had to pull teeth to talk on the phone with him I was told in an email he would follow up with everything and a breakdown of things from the warranty company given the disconnect between the dealership and them but never received any further communication….I had questions I wanted answers to but couldn’t even get those answered from a manager after our conversation in which I thought he was going to investigate things further. All I received was a text the following week from the service advisor which was very basic and yet again when I asked the same questions I couldn’t get anywhere, if anything I sensed a bit of an abrasive response to be honest which was appalling. Service took weeks for something that should’ve been able to be diagnosed and completed in a more timely manner. I asked for an update on the status when in would be approximately ready so I could plan accordingly with my work and what not to return the loaner & get my car, told this could happen essentially but no I received a text 2 days prior to the estimated day it may be completed saying it was done. Last year when I came in wasn’t that impressed either especially since I had to drive all the way back there because the issue I brought it in for wasn’t completed. Not sure why the place I bought my car recommended this location for service because this most recent experience was not only an inconvenience for many reasons but stressful experience to say the least, even picking up the vehicle on 6/19 the girl I dealt with was not pleasant & seemed as if I was a bother to her that she had to do her job. I asked basic questions I felt I was getting an attitude by her demeanor and approach. I wasn’t sure if I just walked out and looked for my car or waited there and again I was made to feel as if I was a bother. Very unprofessional I will resume going back to the Shrewsbury location where I initially went and should’ve remained. More

Disappointing customer service. Could not be bothered to look up from phone. Had to wait when there was no line. Made me go to one line to check in and then go to another line which Could not be bothered to look up from phone. Had to wait when there was no line. Made me go to one line to check in and then go to another line which was right next door and both made me wait. Unnecessary rudeness. Also, said car was in garage. Waited there and it never came. Walked around and it was outside. No one said anything to me about it. Also, promised a rental car to use but no rental was available. Had to lyft there and back and entire day of errands had to be cancelled. More

I called Audi Burlington the young lady on the phone advised me of my best options I had my car towed to Audi Burlington that night by morning I was all set my car was checked out problem resolved. In contrast, my previous experience at this dealership’s service department was far from satisfactory. From the outset, my service provider lacked warmth and engagement, failing to engage in meaningful conv service department was far from satisfactory. From the outset, my service provider lacked warmth and engagement, failing to engage in meaningful conversations and treating me as a mere customer. After reviewing the necessary repairs via an application, I attempted to contact the service member via voicemail, but I was unable to receive a response. I made a follow-up call the following day, but there was still no answer. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that the service member was not present, and other team members were unaware of my intention to collect my car. The communication breakdown was severe. Given my imminent need for a new vehicle, I will be selecting a different Audi dealership and exploring alternative service providers in the future. More

Scott was an outstanding salesperson—he listened to my requests, answered professionally and knowledgeably, and felt more like a partner helping my find the car that met my needs. My only recommendation is that your finance manager learn from a consummate salesperson like Scott rather than exert pressure to the extent that it took away from the thrill of walking away with a new car.
