Thank you for helping us land the perfect car. Jim is exceptional at his craft... someone who genuinely cares about making sure that you're completely happy with your experience. And in a real Jim is exceptional at his craft... someone who genuinely cares about making sure that you're completely happy with your experience. And in a really tough consumer market for car buying, my wife and I feel that we somehow found a great deal. I mean we literally drove off the lot saying "how did that just happen?". Keep rocking you Jim, the world is a brighter place because of it. As for Acura of Berlin? What a pleasant surprise. My wife and I have been loyal Acura customers thru 5 vehicles now. We started this latest search at our previous dealership (a bit further north) and we left feeling unappreciated, like we were getting squeezed for every nickel. So we took the drive to Berlin. It took me a minute or three to get my arms around Berlin's "no haggle" pricing but in the end we realized that "no haggle" doesn't mean "no dealing", in fact it means that they're going to present you with their best deal, without the pain. In the end we accepted an offer that was significantly better than our now former Acura dealership. Thank you Jim, and thank you also to Acura of Berlin. More
