My wife and I came into the dealership to look at the dodge ram trucks. We were immediately greeted by Steve Regan. He was very friendly and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and he began to dodge ram trucks. We were immediately greeted by Steve Regan. He was very friendly and helpful. From the first phone call to driving the Jeep off the lot it was excellent and amazing service. Elyse was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone, Brian was excellent with sales, and Jim was excellent it was excellent and amazing service. Walked into the dealership and was immediately meet with a welcome handshake. The entire experience was smooth and friendly. When I told them what I wanted to pay for the car, and what I wanted for my trade a welcome handshake. The entire experience was smooth and friendly. When I told them what I wanted to pay for the car, and what I wanted for my trade in, they pleasantly offered almost what I asked for. Without hassle. My car was missing one of the keys. I was promised they would locate the key or purchase a new one for me. I received a call form my salesman, Steve Regan, this morning that he had in fact located the key and was working on procuring it. Most dealerships, once you walk out the door, really don't follow through. Lester Glenn is not the usual dealership. I couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated and the deal I received. I was there not planning to buy a truck and Steve was such a great salesman.....I got the truck of my dreams! Gave me more than I thought for my 11 year old truck...He was the best!
