Best experience I've had buying a new vehicle. I had a vehicle that had been to the service shop over 20 times in 3 years. While all repairs were covered I felt it was time to replace it. Amazing help trying to find the ram I wanted I wanted a particular Ram with certain options and Jim Raub helped me for two days emailing back and forth trying to locate the exact ram I wanted.
