I went into DePaula Ford looking to replace my inefficient SUV with a Mustang Mach-E. Once the test drives were complete we got into a short negotiation, and settled on exactly the right price. From there it was smooth sailing. They detailed and charged my new car while I signed off on the paperwork with finance manager Tracie who was also amazing. Everyone was very friendly, low stress, and I felt like I actually got a good deal. I've never had a smoother experience when purchasing a car. I would absolutely recommend this team to friends and family. More
