Vonzel Legall knows how to rock a sale!! Terrific experience from start to finish. I live almost an hour north of DePaula Ford and would not normally buy a car in Albany, as there are dealerships experience from start to finish. But after speaking with Aimee Siegmund (internet sales), last November, when I decided I’d be trading my Ford Focus in for an Escape, I had such a good feeling about what she referred to as the “Team”. I couldn’t be happier that I went with my intuition. Aimee was right. Last Monday, the sales process of my new Ford Escape began, online and over the phone. Within 4 days, all of the DMV and insurance paperwork was completed and a sale price agreed upon. From the moment my sister and I walked in, I /we were warmly and professionally greeted. Sales Manager, Jim Roseamino came over to thank me for my business. He was very pleasant and friendly. Next, I was introduced to the two gentlemen who I’d been speaking with on the phone, Tyler Foster, finance manager, and Vonzel Legall, my super fun sales rep. Tyler had all of my paperwork in order, so that my trade-in and purchase went quickly and seamlessly. He explained everything clearly and made the process effortless. Then there was Vonzel!! Vonzel Legall, my sales rep! I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, but never have I had such a fun, positive, Experience! My new Escape has a lot of safety and other features that I’ve never seen or heard about. Vonzel took the time to patiently go through each feature, step-by-step, setting up my FordPass app, my phone, and teaching me how to remote start, lock and unlock my car from the phone, etc. Vonzel was extremely easy to be with and didn’t seem at all rushed, though I’m sure many customers are far more familiar with the technology than I am. I really felt that he was fully present to assure that I had everything I needed and felt comfortable before driving off the lot. Vonzel also encouraged me to contact him with any questions or concerns about my new vehicle. I already have!! Haha! Vonzel is an extraordinary, professional sales rep and I could not be happier that I had the opportunity to receive his exceptional service. I’m very happy with every aspect of my new vehicle purchase from DePaula Ford. Go Team! More
