I came in for the 9 th time with same brake problem. Time they refused to take care of the brake problem which I have had from day one. They blame Ford parts as the problem and that they did not see a problem. It is the same noise from front driver side brake. They refused to take care of the problem. I have been there 9 times for same problem it keeps returning. They tried to blame it on driver but this problem was there from day one and continues. They were dismissive . I will also contact Ford with their responce and lack of attention. Service dept is poor. The sale just as poor for selling a vehicle with this problem. More
