Still waiting on a call back from service department that my replacement part has arrived. No answer after 2 calls. This has happened now the second time. Undercoating was not done, neither bed liner. They not found the parts I have ordered. They forgot to install the clips for my rainguards so that I was not able to close my windows without pulling the plastic back. More

Luis always takes great of me! I called him asking him to schedule an oil change for me. He asked when I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I told him 1st available slot.
