DePaula Ford and John were great. I went knowing what I wanted and didn't pressure me into things I didn't want. They were super easy to work with. It was mostly painless experience. This was my second purchase from DePaula (2nd working with Jim as the sales manager, 1st with Hussain as my sales representative, and 1st with Tracie as finance manager). I'm impressed and appreciate wi with Jim as the sales manager, 1st with Hussain as my sales representative, and 1st with Tracie as finance manager). I'm impressed and appreciate with how transparent they are with numbers, how responsive they are with communication, and how respectful they. I've purchased a new and used vehicle and have been treated with the same value and respect throughout both purchases. More
