I’m so happy with this dealership I look forward to my car service at Taylor Ford of Manteno . While I’m there I walk around and say hi to all the friendly professionals that always ask if they can help me. So to sum it all up, give this dealer a chance, drive out to Manteno talk with Jim or Tim and see for yourself why I’m ranting. I will only by my Fords from this dealership . More

He never uses any car salesman pitch as he always lets the vehicle sell themselves. He will make sure you're comfortable. You're happy and you're satisfied. I purchased a vehicle some few weeks back. And while it was a great vehicle, the seat was a bad fit for me and Jim took very good care of me and put me in a vehicle that fit me far better and after everything was said and done, it's still even cheaper than the one I bought, which I didn't see coming. I'm glad that they are local. The service department can't be beat. I will continue to purchase vehicles from jim steele, as long as he stays working. I refer everyone I know who happens to be looking for a vehicle to these people. More
