First time I ever considered a Lincoln. The Corsair looked like it fit our needs perfectly. Contacted Rizza because we had dealt with their Ford store in North Riverside before and the experience was looked like it fit our needs perfectly. Contacted Rizza because we had dealt with their Ford store in North Riverside before and the experience was great. No less this time! Steve Lillie introduced us to our salesman, Jim Vertucci, who made the purchase and negotiation process very pleasant. They found exactly the car we wanted in one day and it was a great deal. Joe Rizza Ford / Lincoln has a great staff of knowledgeable people. They care for their customers putting them first over a sale, there is no pressure. They also have a great service department, knowledgeable people. They care for their customers putting them first over a sale, there is no pressure. Customer service is terrible. There is one issue with my vehicle remains. I expect nothing different. I will never return to put shade a car nor will I have my car serviced there both sales department my vehicle remains. I expect nothing different. I will never return to put shade a car nor will I have my car serviced there both sales department and service department needs training. And I really believe it’s a racial issue. Could be wrong. Don’t know for sure. But it felt racial. I don’t think I will return. Scott was ok. But I was there for 30 minutes before help was received. That guy tony is terrible. Just horrible. More
