I have a daughter and a step-daughter, and I'm a fan of all St. Louis sports and English Premier League soccer, particularly Tottenham Hotspur. Like any true Cardinals fan I also enjoy giving my wife grief for being a Cubs fan. Outside of work you can find me spending time with my family, remodeling our house, or playing golf. My favorite thing to do is to help people get into the vehicle they want or the vehicle that will fit all of their needs! I am close to retirement and this was the first brand new car I h He really listened to my concerns, needs and preferences regarding a new vehicle. I am close to retirement and this was the first brand new car I have ever purchased. He understood my nervousness about the whole process and owning a new car and the whole experience was very enjoyable. I drove away with a new Ford Escape at a great price! Jim really cares about putting people in the right vehicle and I purchased my Escape with great confidence. I was also very impressed with Jeff (financial rep) who explained the financing and warranty options in a way I could fully understand. He, like Jim, was really great to work with.
