We signed a few papers, immediately went to the finance person who was also great and efficient. And then out we went. What I liked about Kim was that she drove the entire process and did it flawlessly. I would definitely buy another car from Kim Carr and Lou Sobh. More

Sheren, in the service department, is also consistently very helpful and always is, when I go to get my oil changed. She also spoke to me about making a decision about the car and was so so helpful. She went the extra mile for me! I have never had one bad experience at Lou Sobh Honda. I actually look forward to bringing my car in to get serviced, because I know they’re going to do only what’s necessary and not anything more than that.
