We just bought a new Accord from Kim Carr at Lou Sobh. Since we were across town, we did the deal over the phone. Kim was very knowledgeable about the car that was coming in. We quickly negotiated a price and put some money down to hold it. She called when the car arrived and we went the next day to pick it up. Kim had all the paperwork ready when we got there. We signed a few papers, immediately went to the finance person who was also great and efficient. And then out we went. What I liked about Kim was that she drove the entire process and did it flawlessly. I would definitely buy another car from Kim Carr and Lou Sobh. More
