Felt at ease making this purchase I have purchased from this dealership twice now and will continue to return. Leslie led me to the car lot and listened to what I felt my needs were. He had the keys ready to show and knowledgeable about all of them. I bought a 2016 Toyota Scion iA in November. I was given a good trade in, and negotiation was minimal, as pricing was already reasonable. I had done my homework. Leslie was as excited as I was to give me all the details about this newest car in their fleet. I was comfortable I knew the car when I drove off. I give a shout out to Tina who reached out to me when I did some online viewing. She became part of my buying experience, even telling me of the Halloween costume party they were having and asking me to join the fun. Tony made the financing simple, showing off his new computer desk (the entire desk). Jim kept an eye on us to be sure we were getting all the information. I have utilized the service center with my previous purchase, easy drop off and pick up. With the travel I do, I knew my car was in good hands. More

He more than exceeded my request and I drove away in a new car that night. It was a very easy process with them. I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted and this time wanted to consider leasing. Dave Goduti was super approachable, easy to work with and a good listener. He found a car that really jazzed me that I did not know about. It was a TC Release Series 9 Series. Jim Webster made the deal attractive by working with me and was even available for post initial visit questions, which, he welcomed. I was able to make a decision and come in the following day to finalize the deal. Andrew Lombardo even followed up with an email post my initial visit with Dave to make sure I had a good customer experience. Gloria Fernandez talked me through the lease and how the leasing process work to put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to go with Scion. And lastly, Chip Benyi followed up post pick up to let me know he was there when servicing was going to be needed. What a team! Thank you for making car shopping fun and informative. I left feeling content knowing I had worked with a great team who will also be there for me in the future. More

"An Experience Second To None!" Gaetano Pagliano is head and shoulders above any car sales person that my wife, Susan and I have ever interacted with. When we visited Hartford Toyot Gaetano Pagliano is head and shoulders above any car sales person that my wife, Susan and I have ever interacted with. When we visited Hartford Toyota on Wednesday, September 23rd, we found Guy to be as helpful, informative, professional and genuine as we could have ever imagined. We came in with the intention of going home with a Camry LE that day and Guy made it as seamless as possible. He cut right to the chase and listened intently to every idea and question that we had. Guy promoted a very relaxed atmosphere for us and did not take a suggestive selling approach when it came time to discuss extras for our prospective purchase. He truly enjoys people and goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are appreciated and treated with the utmost of respect. Guy did make a recommendation that he thought would make sense to have, but in the end left the choice up to us with no pressure tactics what-so-ever. After completing our deal he proudly introduced me to Grant Rugar from Service and to Marc Clemons from Finance. Both are terrific people that are at the top of their skill sets so-to-speak, but who are also very focused on the high level of customer service required to promote the satisfaction that car shoppers expect to find in a dealership. Marc was on the same level as Guy when it came to the options for extra vehicle protection. Not once was he aggressive in the presentation of any of the offers. He merely introduced them, explained their advantages and then ultimately left the decision making up to my wife and I. We would also like to thank Tina Zarlenga for setting up the appointment to work with Guy at our request, while also covering for Jill Bruno whom I had emailed to inquire about getting things started for us the previous evening. As we wrapped up, we sat down with Jim from the Management Team to let him know that the process was complete from beginning to end with nothing left to decipher. My wife and I do put Guy on a very high pedestal as he is very worthy and deserving of such recognition. His skills and demeanor tell all in enhancing the image of Hartford Toyota. This dealership has a terrific core of people who enjoy what they do while personifying teamwork to perfection. It's a real gift and a blessing to have Hartford Toyota so close to home. I made appointments with Tina to test drive the vehicle the day prior. Cody was great helping me to understand the differences between models. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and did not "push me" into a sale. The front desk staff helped my children find pencils to work on their homework, brought them water and helped them use the snack machines. The GM played basketball with my kids which kept them entertained through then purchase process. Signing the financials was a breeze with Gloria. She was organized and helpful!
