Smooth I went to Hartford Toyota after trying to make a deal with my previous dealership. Hartford Toyota matched the price and then beat it. Hartford Toyota is awesome! Being a female and shopping for a car alone can be a daunting experience. I went to Hartford Toyota and had an awesome experience. I first went to two other Toyota dealerships in the area. The first had a slimy, cocky salesman. The second I actually ordered a Highlander from, only for them to tell me it would be more money than we agreed on when I came to pick it up, dishonest dealership. I called Hartford on the recommendation of a friend. They referred me directly to the GM Jim Webster. Not only did he treat me with extreme respect and honesty, he gave me an unbeatable price. It took 20 minutes to talk over my concerns and negotiate an amazing deal. He then handed me over to his salesman Dave Goduti. He was AWESOME. They took extreme caution with me to assure me they were being honest. They wrote down every number that would be figured into my final total. They even wrote down that none of the numbers would change. It was extremely important to them that I had a great experience. When I picked up the Highlander Dave showed me the ins and outs. He gave me his cell so if I had any questions after I can always call. When I went into the finance department, they had called around and found me 1.9% interest rate. They treated me like I was their only customer. I was so happy. Everything they said they would do, they did. I have already referred a friend who bought a Sienna and she had a great experience as well. I never felt pressured and I was respected as a buyer: I won't go anywhere else. They restored my faith in car dealerships. More

Purchased 14th car from Hartford Toyota Originally came in for service on my Camry but Jim Webster and Rich McAllister Jr explained to me about a lease buyout program and the benefits of pur Originally came in for service on my Camry but Jim Webster and Rich McAllister Jr explained to me about a lease buyout program and the benefits of purchasing a new Avalon and that they would structure a deal that made financial sense. I then worked with Jim Palumbo looking at Avalon and having him explain the option programs and he steered me in the option packages best suited for my needs. Since I had to leave early Jim finished up the paper work and arranged to have it dropped off at my house. Luis Guillen and Andrew Lombardi dropped the paper work off at my house and spent a lot of time showing me the options and how to use all the functions. This is a great example of teamwork and a testament to the management of Rich McAllister SR and one of the many reasons why I keep coming back to Hartford Toyota!!! More
