This is the 4th vehicle that Joey has put me into, and I cannot be any more excited, he always gets me exactly what I am looking for in my vehicles. I also worked with Jim Z in the finance department, and he is by far the best in the business as well. He explains everything in terms that leave me with no questions at all, in addition to getting me the best deal that he can. More

They were extremely patient with me and gave me all the time to make up mind. When I became non-committal Mr. Paoella did not immediately go get the sales manager to activate the hard sell-which is common time to make up mind. They did not constantly blow up my phone with the corporate auto reply.m The finance staff took their and went through multiple banks to make sure I was getting the lowest rate possible. Buying from Tim Lally is like buying cars 30 years ago before the concept of the AutoMall was established. Tim Lally is more concerned with the customer getting wants and can afford and not what is best for the dealership. Start with Tim Lally and save yourself the headache from buying from a chain.
