Having purchsed New vehicles from Hyundai Of St. Augustine I did not think they could out do therselves. I was wrong. They make buying car a pleasnt expierience. This was by far the very best car buying experience we have ever had. Honest and courteous. No high pressure, no hidden up grades at closing. A fair and honest price for our trade in. This was the best car buying experiences i have ever had. There was no stress or pressure. They were able to get me out from under my truck and into a beautiful Sonata, with lower monthly payments. After searching the internet for days looking for the best deal I narrowed my search for a USED Sonata to a dealership in South Florida because of a several hundred dollar advertised difference (every do best deal I narrowed my search for a USED Sonata to a dealership in South Florida because of a several hundred dollar advertised difference (every dollar counted). Unfortunately, once we were down there they did not have the car that they emailed us the price quote on an hour or so earlier and of course the other cars they had on the lot were around $1,000 more than the one we drove down there for. They low balled us on our trade and made us feel like uninformed buyers. I did my research and knew what I should be paying and what I should receive for my trade. Needless to say we left that dealership and on our way home stopped by Hyundai of St Augustine to see what they had to offer. This was BY FAR the BEST decision that we had made that day. After wasting 6 hours of my time driving and another hour in the dealership "haggling" we arrived at Hyundai of St Augustine and were warmly greeted by Joey Cassata and the St Augustine team of employees. We got right down to business and drove the USED Sonata that they had advertised, but I knew that we would be settling. I inquired about what kind of deal they could work on a NEW Sonata and within minutes was handed a print out with the details of what they had to offer. The numbers that they came up with on the NEW Sonata were better than what the other dealership was trying to get me in to a USED Sonata for. I knew right then that we should have started at Hyundai of St Augustine and will definitely keep this in mind next time the next time we purchase a Hyundai. Joey Cassata and Jimmy Feliciano were AWESOME!!!! They took all of the stress out of the car buying experience and I NEVER had worries about whether or not we were getting a GREAT deal. This was my wife's FIRST new car buying experience and I really APPRECIATE the St Augustine team making it a memorable one. Thanks for everything, The Coopers More

I approached the ownership, managers and my salesman, Joey Cassata, about a very sensetive subject pertaining to a car that my wife and I recently purchased. Unforseen circumstances presented themselves and the store had to replace my vehicle. All parties agreed on a new premise and my wife and I concluded another agreement to replace the one in question. Most dealerships would of shooed us out ther door and say "too bad", but Hyundai of St. Augustine solved the problem to our satisfaction. This is the fourth vehicle that we have purchase and we love our Azera!. I cannot stress enough to shoppers out there that there is only one place to shop. I was very surprised at the ease of the sale. No smoke-n-mirrors, no tireless haggling, only straightforward information and attitudes. The overall experience was very refreshing to say the least. I've spent hours and hours at various dealerships haggling over the minute details before they were covered up in financing, but not here. I was prepared for an hour and it took 10 minutes. Bought a used saturn outlook and spoke with the gentleman(Jimmy) who looked over the service work-very straightforward. David was to the point and honest with the pricing. Jimmy in finance was very cordial and offered all the pertinent questions. They all took it a step further when the deal was done to direct us to a local mexican restaurant they frequented often. Needless to say that was also a treat as we had family with us. Great food and service and an extra step of customer service to show their appreciation they also notified the restaurant via Wade about our recent purchase and was offered a free dessert. They said the dealership was small, but I've gotten big service from them so far. More

We have been looking for a used car for over 1 year. We live in the Orlando area, so of course that is where we looked. On a trip back from Jacksonsville we stopped at Hydundai of St Augustine. Paul Smath live in the Orlando area, so of course that is where we looked. On a trip back from Jacksonsville we stopped at Hydundai of St Augustine. Paul Smathers took care of us. It was such a positive experience. I am not exaggerating to say that at least 5 times we sat down at other dealerships to "make the deal." We had done our homework and knew the value of a car. This was the first dealership to close it with us. I want to personally thank Paul Smathers and also the Sales Manager, Jimmy Feliciano. Both made this such a good experience. I feel Paul went the extra mile. The gas tank was bone dry and Paul made sure we left with a full tank of gas. We ended up purchasing a 2004 Sonata and everyone is happy!
