I did a little whining and almost crying, but, Steve made my husband laugh and feel comfortable. And in turn, got me to relax and we all came to a GREAT compromise. BOTH Steve and Jimmy were an absolute pleasure to work with. I wanted to add, that Justin was the other wonderful male species that added to my excitement of my car purchase as he so graciously showed me the details on the car before driving off the lot. He was VERY personable and accommodating. He was not annoyed at my 'antics' (dancing/laughing) while in the car. All of these guys were a breath of fresh air!! If only EVERYONE in sales could be so honest, down to earth and personable as these 3!!! THANK YOU FOR MY BEST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!! And I have had MANY!! I have leased for 20 years, every 3 years!!
