Jimmy was awesome! I went to look at cars one day waited a few days to keep looking he reached out in a very polite manner! I went back a few days later he was never pushy and he goes above and beyond to listen to everything you tell him. We had a great experience with jimmy and all of the Toyota's team. I even received a call a few days after purchasing the car from the service team to go ahead and get my first service scheduled. The best experience anyone would want you will receive at Toyota! I can't say enough about the staff at Lost Pines. Painless experience. I've purchased a few cars over the years and NEVER have I had such a wonderful experience.
