Very Professional sales staff. Worked very hard to get us into the right vehicle for our needs. Large inventory to choose from. Worked with us for various incentives and discounts. The experience was good. The non stressful atmosphere makes buying pleasant. The only issue is the wait time. Experience started off fine/normal with sales person(Jo Lynn). I used their web sight 'pre' visiting to obtain a fair trade-in value. When they (different person), offered me 8K less the their sight, I got Lynn). I used their web sight 'pre' visiting to obtain a fair trade-in value. When they (different person), offered me 8K less the their sight, I got ready to leave immediately. It escalated a bit, then the general /Manager came over to try to make it right...which he did. I had him personally use their sight as if he was me and he saw what I saw for my trade-in value. He also personally looked at my trade and agreed it was very clean and gave me the deal I wanted. Final note: their automated system/computer generated reply system is poor. I keep getting messages with my wife's name asking if she's still interested in a vehicle that we never wanted or looked at. overall it was very good but took an extremely long time to complete transaction even without financing. More
