have purchased 3 cars from Colonial Nissan in Medford MA, Jim Islami has been an asset to the company and has helped me with several mishaps with my PMP. Also, the service has been wonderful and things i nee Jim Islami has been an asset to the company and has helped me with several mishaps with my PMP. Also, the service has been wonderful and things i need are done in a timely manner. My only issue over the years is when a consumer needs additional work there is no private space to discuss the options and financial cost. KINDA PUTS YOU ON THE SPOT PUBLICLY IN THE WAITING ROOM. Also AGAIN why do walk in's have priority over appointments? i did not rate Michael or Jessica because i only have interacted with Jim and Joanne......I'm sure Michael and Jessica are fine staffers. More
