Not enough employees Jodi was great!! I had originally intended to purchase a Toyota, but Jodi convinced me to test drive another Soul. I was bit picky about the options Jodi was great!! I had originally intended to purchase a Toyota, but Jodi convinced me to test drive another Soul. I was bit picky about the options I wanted, and she went above and beyond to find the closest match we could get. I'm very happy about my purchase and Jodi's "laid back", no pressure approach was perfect. She seemed more interested in my being happy rather than making the sale. I was given a very fair price. The other salespeople and managers were very nice, but I had to wait a long time for credit check and final paperwork. It seemed there were not enough of the appropriate managers that were able to do these things. In addition, while I was waiting (over an hour), I saw several potential customers leave because they were not attended to. More

I've bought a lot of cars, but this was GREAT. This was a very perfect experience for me, as I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul. The sales manager, Aaron, knew which salesperson to place me with, and he shared careful attention to the detail I gave him in a brief phone message! Everyone just felt like a real person, including the finance guy, Jordan. So, can't say anything except a big thumbs up. (Not to mention that the car is great!) More

Not at all pushy, but sincerely helpful in assisting my wife and I with our choice of vehicle, which by the way was a NEW KIA Soul, of which we are VERY grateful. It is truly a remarkable riding/driving car, designed and built to an impressive level of quality we noticed immediately, after our test drive. All I can say, and I'm sure I speak for my wife as well; if you get a chance to visit Paramount KIA of Asheville, ask for Jodi; you'll be glad you did.
