Phil was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He kept me informed, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure everything was ready for a seamless transaction. It’s not always easy buying a car from another state, but Phil and the team made it easy and stress-free. Highly recommend! More

Very bad business. Went to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, signed all the paper work just had to wait on my credit union to get the payment sent over. Was gonna go back t Went to purchase a pre-owned vehicle, signed all the paper work just had to wait on my credit union to get the payment sent over. Was gonna go back the next day and pick it up and they SOLD it!! Approved by their manager Joe Agate. They say they are built on relationships but this is how they treat their customers. And their employees! Our sweet sales lady hustled to have the car detailed quickly and filled it up for us and they just took her sale from her. More

Very disappointed with the way we were treated by the sales manager. He told my wife that the vehicle we were interested in was being held for us and that we could come pick it up the next day. Based on sales manager. He told my wife that the vehicle we were interested in was being held for us and that we could come pick it up the next day. Based on his word, we made plans accordingly. However, not long after my wife left the dealership, he approved the sale of the same vehicle to someone else. This was extremely unprofessional and misleading. It shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for customers. We will not be doing business here again, and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I was sold a bad truck that was supposed to be GMC certified. When I contacted the dealership I received no help even with my warranty. They never had loaners but always had a 2 week minimum for them certified. When I contacted the dealership I received no help even with my warranty. They never had loaners but always had a 2 week minimum for them to look at your vehicle. I was expected to be without a vehicle for at least 2 weeks just so they can look at and determine the problem. This is not including the time it would’ve took to repair the vehicle. Every time I brought my truck in with a problem they told me the system wasn’t picking up a code. The code magically came up when my warranty was expired. I had the worst experience ever. I bought my truck in to get the tire sensors repaired they went out again and still have not been repaired by GMC. I contacted the managers countless of times I received one call back with an awful attitude and him shouting on the other side of the phone. The only employee that helped me as best she could was ms. Danette in the service department. I bought the truck trusting Mr. Kenny’s word. I shouldn’t have. The truck was sold to me with a cigarette burn on the seat and a crack in the windshield. He didn’t even contact me to tell me my license plate was in, told me he had a bad number then proceeded to call my good number out to me. I was told I can bring it back to get it repaired. That was an awful experience. I was offered a trade in for something smaller than what I have. My experience overall was terrible. More
