We had to bring our car in three times to finally get the right diagnosis. Our car was sent home to us twice with the repair never being done. The third time after a diagnosis was actually done we were told that it would now cost three times the amount it originally should’ve cost. The amount of time that you had our car was exorbitant. And we should’ve been refunded more than what we were refunded for all of our time and energy and not even getting done what we needed to get done. More
