Exactly a new car purchase experience I was seeking. I have visited 4 other Dodge dealers prior to working with Videon. Steve was the best fit for what I was seeking and expected from my consultant. The purchase(lease) was a special order from the factory, involving good amount of effort and communication on Steve’s end. I consider myself a highly demanding consumer for transparency, communication, no fluff, no nonsense. Cut and dry is how I like it, all was delivered to my expectations. My every inquiry and requests for reasonable accommodations were responded to in a timely matter and straight to the point, with a nice neutral undertone. Any obstacles were professionally and quickly resolved. For me the overall experience was flawless. Thank you Steve. I would also like to mention Joe Biddle from the service dept. who took time and answered my questions in a very friendly manner when I randomly approached him in a parking lot on my first visit. Peter in finance was great as well, had all the lease contract ready to sign, very organized, super efficient. I highly recommend Steve at Videon if what you read above is music to your ears. Videon/Steve will be my first preference for another purchase at the end of the lease. More
