No nonsense, caring dealership. They want you to be happy. This was my second Jeep purchase from Videon and my experience was just as pleasant the second time around. I worked with Phil Snyder who is very friendly, responsive, and he genuinely cares about getting you the right vehicle at a good price. I would highly recommend working with Phil if you want to avoid the stereotypical "games" of car buying. I also utilize Videon's express lane service center. The service work is always high quality and very timely. It's also great to see Mudge roaming around and greeting customers. If you don't know who Mudge is, stop in for an introduction. More

My wife, doing her homework, already knew what we wanted and they were more than happy to present exactly what she had researched. Phil knew his inventory and was very knowledgeable in similar vehicle comparisons. We decided the vehicle was exactly what we wanted only lacking one item, a back up camera. This was no problem because they had a solution, a local vendor who could install it at our convenience. Deal done, no pressure trying to sell us something we didn't want. Paperwork was smooth and hassle free too. Allison took her time and explained accurately and completely everything we were signing. If you're in the market for a vehicle this is the dealership you should see. By the way, the service depth is great too! Special shout out to Joe Biddle, Phil Snyder and Matt Bonhage. More

They were the ONLY dealer whose inventory I looked at because I have had excellent experience with both Sales and Service depts. Sales didn't disappoint this time and exceeded expectations again. We were treated well by friendly staff, who appeared to enjoyed their jobs. They answered all of our questions promptly and completely, didn't hide anything, and were honest, open and respectful. Special kudos to Phil Snyder and Matt Bonhage--they treated us really well--recommend asking for them when you visit. More

Awesome Dealership - Only Second to their People and Service I am a "hard grader", as I have worked within a Client services industry myself for about 20 years now, so I am probably more sensitive to the level o I am a "hard grader", as I have worked within a Client services industry myself for about 20 years now, so I am probably more sensitive to the level of service (both people, process and product). I decided I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition for simple reasons - quality, weather versatility, comfort features and last but not least, attractive styling and their recently reengineered models. Obviously, I need service on the vehicle, so I looked around and picked one close to my home in Media, PA. I found a literal gem of a dealership and wanted to share to help others seeking a solid service environment. I find more times than not, it is sincerely difficult to locate a good place with the right service oriented people and a quality product etc. Videon is hands down the BEST car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with - and yes, I said pleasure. Here are some of my own personal and specific reasons: 1) I genuinely feel they respect and value me as a Customer - they are very polite and courteous 2) They treat me with fairness and focus on how to help - not try to up-sell or hassle me 3) Their facilities are clean, modern and pleasant to visit - they also have a nice waiting lounge 3) The staff are eager to offer meaningful promotions to help you save money (e.g. oil change bundles, etc.) 4) Their service department is very fast and solve issues the first time 5) Just a little factoid - I did NOT buy my Jeep Grand Cherokee there, but you would never know it with how service oriented they are to my wife and I Their Sales staff are really friendly and informative too. One time last fall, while waiting on an oil change, I was looking at the newest version of my vehicle and noticed it now came in a diesel version too. Even though I was clearly not going to buy, one of their sales folks spent upwards of 15 minutes with me to share some of the new features and also help me better understand how to determine if going diesel would be beneficial / practical or not. I thought that was great and plan with 110% certainty that I will be going to Videon for my new Cherokee when it's time to buy again. I have no reason to share this information except to praise Videon and help other consumers. What made me think to do a write up is simple - I received an email to survey their performance after a visit I had yesterday. Given 25 years of driving cars (buying / needed service for them), I realized how at home I feel with the Videon team and wanted others to know they are there. Great job Videon keep up the great work! More
