I wish I could leave a negative stars. After my car sat at this dealership for several months. I finally got the call that it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they asked oh no one called you to which of course I'm surprised. I get there and they say oh your car was broken into on the lot. It's undrivable again. I've reached out to management, leadership as well as Kia's customer service department and I still do not have a resolution. It has been weeks and I still don't have my car. They do not communicate. They are unresponsive and they have not taken responsibility for the fact that my car was damaged under their watch. More

They made appointment to complete work and said a loaner vehicle would be provided. When I got to the dealership, they then said a loaner would not be provided and that another appointment would be required vehicle would be provided. I’ve been to the dealership multiple time for issues and haven’t received much resolve. Furthermore, it was apparent there was some corporate changes that the dealership was struggling with. Despite this tu haven’t received much resolve. Furthermore, it was apparent there was some corporate changes that the dealership was struggling with. Despite this turmoil, Joe the service manager took time to personally ride with me to experience the issues I was experiencing. The MOST impactful members of the team that absolutely need special recognition and in my opinion, adequate compensation for guaranteed employee retention is service advisor Antwon Pair and technician James “JP” Polite. Phenomenal team that took detailed notes, provided constant updates, and truly embodied superior customer service. Example, Antwon put together a conference call with myself and technician “JP” to fully articulate the vehicles issues and his fixes planned. Didn’t take too long but absolutely made all the difference and solved all my brand new vehicle issues to 100% satisfaction! These two individuals are clearly the heavy lifters of the service department and it would be wise to keep them on board as long as possible, especially during these Southern auto group changes. More

Truck wasn't ready for test drive after a long drive and appointment was made days prior. Attempted to "walk" after test driving after noticing the chaos of the staff and concerns regarding the used truck. appointment was made days prior. Head salesperson asked for a few minutes and talked me into the deal by offering a 2yr bumper to bumper warranty. The next week the transmission began giving issues, the warranty for the trans issue was denied stating it was a known issue. After almost 2 mos of fighting they finally fixed the transmission. Received the truck and noticed the transmission was leaking b/c the tech didn't replace the rear seal. After almost 3 weeks they stopped returning my calls. Worst dealership I've ever worked with and plan to contact the BBB. More
