The scheduled work was done and the 120 k service revealed photos which showed my engine and cabin air filters needed replacing. I appreciate the service honesty and constant communication updates from the service advisors. The valet service allows me to not sacrifice the precious little weekend time I have. The text updates allow me to see the criticality of the work so I can opt in or wait to have specific maintenance performed. The service advisor explain the necessity of certain preventative maintenance repair items so I cna make an informed decision. This is the best dealership I have been to in 3 states. I pass 2 other Subaru dealerships including one in my town to have my car serviced by honest people. They often wash my car for free and the weathertec floor mats too.. More

After getting 4 new tires at a tire center, I was told my front brakes were low and needed replacement. While my routine oil change and first tire rotation on my tires was occurring,Granite performed the mul front brakes were low and needed replacement. While my routine oil change and first tire rotation on my tires was occurring,Granite performed the multipoint safety inspection. voila, my front brakes are fine. I appreciate the honesty, feedback, communication, and approximate millimeters estimation of the pad wear. I am lucky to have an honest service dealership. I was thinking of being greedy and not sharing my latest encounter. But I believe others have the right to honest, competent reliable service too. The constant updates via text or phone are spot on. And BTW, they wash my car when I request that service. This dealership scrubs my Weather Tec floor mats too. More
