Overall, I was pleased with my purchase at Andrew Toyota. However, there were some items that I feel did not meet my expectations. The dealership had a $399.00 "Service Fee" that was added to the vehicle cos However, there were some items that I feel did not meet my expectations. The dealership had a $399.00 "Service Fee" that was added to the vehicle cost. The fee should be added into the vehicle cost so you don't feel like you a being "nickel and dimed." When I picked up the car, the gas tank was not full. I was told that only new car purchases receive a full tank of gas. Additionally, I discovered that the windshield washer reservoir was almost empty. I would have expected that I would have received a full tank of gas and that all fluid reservoirs would be topped off. More

I couldn’t find the car I wanted after calling about 30 dealerships in WI and Andrew Toyota had one on the way and reserved it for me. I had it within a week when other dealerships were telling me 6 to 8 m dealerships in WI and Andrew Toyota had one on the way and reserved it for me.
