Family business treating their customers like family members We have purchased several cars from Chignoli...never a problem that they couldn't resolve. No need to go anyplace different. Fantastic Dealer I purchased a Ford Explorer from this Dealer my first dealing with them. First I called to verify if car was still there since I live in Indiana and I purchased a Ford Explorer from this Dealer my first dealing with them. First I called to verify if car was still there since I live in Indiana and to ask about the cosmetic condition because it was my main concern ( the car was under manufacturer warranty ) my call was handle by Joe and he was completely honest and told me about some minor details on the car and when I went to test drive the car I went on my work clothes( Dirty ) I was expecting some discrimination but to my surprise they treat me with respect and professionalism,price quality and everything you expect from a reputable dealer . THANKS AGAIN JOE MY WIFE LOVE IT. More

No one beats Chignoli!! I just purchased my 2nd car from this dealership. By far, they are the MOST friendly, honest, no-pressure dealer I have ever dealt with. Not only do t I just purchased my 2nd car from this dealership. By far, they are the MOST friendly, honest, no-pressure dealer I have ever dealt with. Not only do they have great prices, but they work with you to find the best financing available. Who needs new when you have Chignoli?? Grand Daughters 1st car We went to Chignoli Auto looking for a car for our grand daughters 16th birthday. Joe came right out and asked what we were looking for. When we told We went to Chignoli Auto looking for a car for our grand daughters 16th birthday. Joe came right out and asked what we were looking for. When we told him a used convertible and a price range he said he didn't have one but would look for one. There was a Volvo sitting there that was more than we wanted to pay but it was such a nice car we bought it anyway after Joe gave us what I think was a very good price. Joe said that they just got it and the mechanics would go over it and they would fix anything they found wrong and have it detailed. Everyone there is extremely friendly and try to to fit you with the best car for your needs without being a pushy salesman. I have all ready told people what a great place it is to purchase a car from. More

It is a well known business in this area and it is the place to go when you are looking for a nice used car at a reasonable price. They know how to treat people and are a pleasure to do business with. It is a great family with a lot of Integrity. We have purchased cars from them in the past and have family and friends who are repeat customers as well. I purchase a red Nissan Altima from them today and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. More

Great Service! I have been searching for a vehicle for well over a month. We stopped in on a Friday night just before they closed. Joe took the time to show us the vehicle and set up time for an appointment to view our trade and drive the vehicle we were interested in. Marc took over at this point and did a phenomenal job of insuring that our financial requirements were met and we were able to purchase the vehicle at the right price with the right terms. They made the final decision between two other vehicles and dealers easy with their level of genuine caring for our needs. Rest assured, we will be back for our next vehicle. More
