This is the 5th car in a row we have bought from Chignoli. The last 2 cars we purchased we were in and out within 45 minutes. Customer service is excellent and I leave with no doubt that I receive Chignoli. The last 2 cars we purchased we were in and out within 45 minutes. The last few cars we have purchased have been better models than we had thought were in our budget and have had extra upgrades that we weren't even looking for but were bonus on the cars we picked. Employees of Chignoli's are very friendly, courteous, and customer oriented. I went in knowing what car I wanted to test drive and had no problem obtaining that car to drive. Joe went right in brought and customer oriented. I went in knowing what car I wanted to test drive and had no problem obtaining that car to drive. Joe went right in brought out the license plate and let me take it for a test drive. Once back, I had a few questions about the car which Joe answered promptly--he was very knowledgeable about the car and then I asked if we might go and talk about the car. Once inside, Joe proceeded to prepare the paperwork, explain to me the figures, and we had a deal. I was probably there less than 2 hours and had a car. I had to go get the check and Joe said the car would be ready within the hour. Once obtaining the check I was back, Mark handled the financial end; I did not have the title for my trade-in so Mark said drop it by once I had it. I dropped it off the next day. I had nothing but a pleasant experience dealing with Chignoli's. Prompt, courteous, friendly people at Chignoli's. More

I have not purchased a new vehicle since 2002. Dealing with a 'Car Salesman" was not something I was looking forward to. However, when I walked in Chignoli Auto I was quickly put at ease with the friend with a 'Car Salesman" was not something I was looking forward to. However, when I walked in Chignoli Auto I was quickly put at ease with the friendliness of Joe Chignoli. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and showed me only the cars t hat would fit my price range. After test driving a few cars (on my own without the pressure of a sales person along for the ride) I decided on one and we sat down and worked out the numbers. I was very happy with the price and the great interest rate I was offered too. I drove off in a beautiful 2012 used car. I love my Chrysler 200. I highly recommend you stop by Chignoli Auto on Essington Road in Joliet when it is time for a new car. Great Service. No Pressure. No Games. Thanks Again Joe. Toni Rohder More
