I lost my prior car when serious sub-frame rust was discovered and a replacement vehicle needed "yesterday". CitySide was the first place I went in search of my next car (return customer). Shortly af discovered and a replacement vehicle needed "yesterday". CitySide was the first place I went in search of my next car (return customer). Shortly after entering the clean, comfortable showroom, Joe Cliggott met me and initiated the expected conversation about my situation and needs and which offerings at CitySide might constitute a match. Well not totally expected: it went so smoothly and comfortably. As quickly as I could ask questions, whether about vehicles or the process or acquiring one, he easily answered. Total time spent that afternoon was 2-3 hours -- and in that time, we succeeded in finding a car on the lot that met requirements and closing a deal on it. Joe was not only friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, he found and zeroed in on my way of speaking and listening -- and as a result, I found him terrifically easy and fun to communicate with. Just when I thought I was done appreciating him, Joe then did yeoman service in catching me up with the current technology in the Crosstrek Sport well enough to start driving. When it came time to do the paperwork, I sat down with Tom, who was also friendly, knowledgable and helpful -- and I especially appreciated his willingness to stay past closing time to wrap things up for me. It's now a week later, and all is well with my new vehicle. I'm so glad to have CitySide in my neighborhood. More

He also told me to feel free to come in after I've driven the problems with any questions I had about the car or all the new-to-me technology. Absolutely first rate. Tom D was also very good. He explained all the extended warranty and prepaid maintenance options, but I never felt pressured to buy something I did not want. More

Will Pauls has been great to work with. When my old Subaru Outback had maintenance issues, he was candid about what was happening with my car. He even conference-called me with the service foreman Adam who explained everything and showed me what they fixed with my safety in mind. They never pressured me into any decision with my car. They gave me enough time to think about it, and with all the maintenance issues I ended up trading the car in for a brand new Outback. Joe was great to work with! He answered my questions honestly, and I felt no pressure. He wasn't pushy at all. He made the car-buying experience less stressful. Tom in finance was also great! He did not push me into extended warranties or add-on packages that I was not interested in. Cityside Subaru has been the best dealership I have ever worked with. I have had some really bad experiences in other cities. I look forward to working with this dealership for all my service needs. More
