The next morning, I received a text from Ed who answered my nu by sending an inquiry from the website, and chose that I prefer to contacted via text. The next morning, I received a text from Ed who answered my numerous questions and set me up with an appointment. When we arrived, our sales rep Joe was pulling the car forward and very quickly after we were on a test drive. We went back to the dealership and said we would like to buy it. It was the easiest and most fun purchase experience I’ve ever had, from Ed to Joe and then to TJ in finance- no pressure and every person we interacted with were kind and just plain happy. I went to Heritage Toyota not knowing what to expect. Walked in and was greeted by a smiley face ( Joe C.) and after explaining that I am in the market to buy a car, he had introduced Joe A. to me. Made the process as much fun as he possibly could. Even after the car I initially wanted became briefly unavailable, he was prepared with a similar option. In the end - I got the car I initially wanted and my Toyota RAV4 is awesome! While working with Joe A - he was very professional, open and honest. Never felt pressured into buying the car.
