My experience at this dealership has always been positive, and especially from the only car dealer I’ve ever dealt with.. Raymund Valenzuela, from day one spanning over 20 yrs +. I want to say that Staten Island Honda is an excellent car dealership. I have been dealing with them for more than 15 years. They have always provided excellent service from the Sales to Service side of t car dealership. I have been dealing with them for more than 15 years. They have always provided excellent service from the Sales to Service side of the business. My most recent visit to have my windshield changed on my 2023 Honda Pilot is an example of how they will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They were the only ones who were able to get me the windshield in a timely manner, schedule the installation, and keep me informed of every step of the installation. I would like to thank Steve Risso, Joe DeLuca, Jeff Pasenkoff and Samer Moussa for their teamwork in getting the proper windshield and providing a great installation experience. Can't say enough about how all the members of this dealership work with each other to give excellent customer support. More

Irresponsible and unbelievably bad if not criminal behavior of Staten Island Honda management staff. I will never go to that service ever again. I made an appointment for Monday to bring my Honda Ody behavior of Staten Island Honda management staff. I will never go to that service ever again. I made an appointment for Monday to bring my Honda Odyssey in because there was some strange banging coming from the front of my car and I have a warranty . They looked at it and said we have to order some parts, you have to bring your car tomorrow - the next day - which I did. When I brought my car in the next day they told me, OH, it is a big job (two hours job) and they cannot do it the same day and I have to leave the car there and they will call me when ready, so I did. I left the car there and waited that day, and the next, day, and the next day and they never called me. On third day I went there (around 10am) to see what is going on and they said: "ok you car will be fixed today, the next car to be fixed will be yours." Nothing happened. After hours and hours of begging they they finally took my car inside at 3pm. I was so excited and happy thinking my car will finally be fixed but it never happened. After removing my car's front wheels and waiting for about an hour they told me that they ordered the wrong parts. I told them to put the wheels back and I left. After waiting for three days and night my car never got fixed. More
