The first time I went, the salesman, Joe, was I've never been to such a friendly and respecting dealership before. I went there to lease a new Jetta. The first time I went, the salesman, Joe, was really kind and accommodating. He let me have a really comprehensive test drive, and he was quiet and didn't try to sell me the car as I drove it. Back at the dealership, nobody treated me as if I'm already buying the car or like I'm a terrible person for not buying it. Come the day of sale, the team was great. My car had heated seats, which they didn't know, but they kept their word on the price. On the day I signed it, there were no hidden extra fees. Jason, the sales manager, was great about explaining everything. Of course, extra protections and packages were offered for purchase, but I was clearly told what they were and the price. No pushy sales pitches. Plus, my trade-in was in terrible shape but they still worked with me on it. Aside from the fact that a VW is an incredible machine, I recommend this place to everyone. Best experience I've ever had buying a car. More

He respected my time & didn't try to jam of bunch of optional stuff on me. I would reccomend this dealership if you want to do business like it's 2017, not 1982. More
