I had such a great experience here with Metro Honda. I want to say big thank you to Joe Diolosa for helping me get a car with in my budget. I purchased many cars in my life but I never had this terrible experience .first when I got there they want to charge me destination fee 2500 dollars .then we make 1500 only but I discover from there web terrible experience .first when I got there they want to charge me destination fee 2500 dollars .then we make 1500 only but I discover from there web site after that distianation fee it was published as 1500 only .so they want to add 1000 for no reason.fter I finished the sale they told the car has only one key but they will make another for 150 ,they make it in 5 second and when I get the key I found original, so they to get anymore from you . I think the sale person his name Elias he just put that money in his pocket to give me the second which was already there. Another thing.the give the bill of sale had the wrong car color and the wrong trim and for a month now I am waiting thier Manger who is naked erfan or efran to email me the wright bill of sale. Almost a month now I have not recive my registration or plate and when I call no body know when they will have them and I will pick up them or will be email to Mr And when I call the customer service the hung up the phone I am just waiting a few days more to make a complain in chamber of commerce and consumer affairs. I contacted the dealership via a web request on a car I saw on one of the major used car websites. The dealership reached out via text and when I told them I was interested in finding the out the door pri saw on one of the major used car websites. The dealership reached out via text and when I told them I was interested in finding the out the door price, I was told they don’t discuss numbers of over the phone and I would have to come into the dealership. I promptly told her that I don’t live in the same state and that wouldn’t be possible. I was interested in, purchasing the vehicle and having it shipped. Brittany, the receptionist told me I would not be able to speak to anybody “ that they don’t discuss numbers over the phone” (she was not very service oriented at all, I mean, if you’re not going to sell a car over the Internet, then don’t advertise them on the Internet) even after trying to call for over five times to speak to a sales person. Finally, after about the seventh attempt, somebody different answered the phone and I asked to speak to a manager. Jason Brown, one of the managers there helped me and gave me some figures and I asked him to send me the buy sheet. Unfortunately, Jason left out several critical fees so when the buy sheet was sent, it was for more than what we had discussed, so I decided to keep looking. A day or two had passed when I received a text from Joe Diolosa, a sales manager in the company inviting me in to view their inventory, when I told Joe that I was just about ready to purchase from another dealership and the price he asked me to wait to see if he could match the price. Joe called me back in about 10 minutes and said “great news” that he was able to match the price and that he would be sending me over the buy sheet and he needed to ask me a few additional questions and would call me back shortly to collect what he needed. Well, long story short, after multiple attempts to call Joe back and about five days, I have now been told that they can no longer honor that price. In the meantime, I have lost my other deal, and this car was for my daughters 16th birthday. I know why these folks were stalling, they were hoping to be able to sell the vehicle during the meantime to someone else, so they didn’t have to tell me that they were not going to honor the deal, looking for the easy way out. I have tried several times to speak to the general manager, the general sales manager, etc. and nobody at the dealership feels compelled to standby their word. A shame that a dealership behaves in this manner and now my daughter doesn’t have the car she thought she was getting for her birthday. More

As a 15 year customer I feel good over all especially with Gennaro excellent salesman but when you make a deal which was great then a manager or supervisor comes back and breaks the deal its a turn off with Gennaro excellent salesman but when you make a deal which was great then a manager or supervisor comes back and breaks the deal its a turn off let the dealers do their job and dealerships should appreciate returning customers especially ones over 10 years and I live in another State. More

Awful experience! I regret of visiting them. Not sure how they are in this business coz neither their sales guy nor the manager knows how to talk. First they deny of h I regret of visiting them. Not sure how they are in this business coz neither their sales guy nor the manager knows how to talk. First they deny of having stock for Pilot Elite but their system shows 15 cars available. Then the manager says that they charge 10K above sticker price and asks us to leave. I will never come back and make sure my friends avoid it too. Their hatred behavior turned to be good for me as I ended up buying Jeep G Cherokee. I would suggest everyone go for American cars. Honda folks are cheaters. More

The worst experience I have ever had with a dealer lied about the prices added money to the agreed price then told me extra money was for all weather mats mudflaps and wheel locks .Car also had chip on ga about the prices added money to the agreed price then told me extra money was for all weather mats mudflaps and wheel locks .Car also had chip on gas cap cover which they said they would take care of and kept brushing me off with excuses.Also charged me an overage fee for paperwork which I have never seen before and their fees are higher than any dealer I have been to.I have nothing positive to say about this dealership with the exception of Joe Dilioso who helped me after the fact which I appreciated and he helped me even though he had nothing to do with the original sale.I forgot to mention they screwed my title up and put it in my name instead of the lienholder More
