There was no pressure whatsoever, they answered alot of my questions with solid facts and provided options that I was never offered by any dealer before. After three trips going back and forth, taking my time to think over those options, I finally signed on the dotted line, walking away with a good feeling in my gut knowing I was making the right choice with the right people. During this past week there was alot of work to be done to the truck before I took delivery due to the special options I added on, they stayed in constant contact with me every step of the way as things progressed so I could plan on taking delivery, without having to back and forth. It is more important to me to be able to deal in the future with folks who truly go the extra mile before and after the sale. There are many dealerships but I know that Colonial is by far the one of the best. I really look forward to going there. They listen to their customers. Thank you Glenn. Excellent experience from beginning to end I've been thinking about buying a Mustang GT for awhile. I drove by Colonial just to look, and possibly drive one, to see if I even liked the car. Colonial wasn't opened yet, but George Andruk came out to greet me and my wife. He was wonderful to work with, and let us take 2 different GT's out for a test drive. I went home and thought about it, and came back the following Tuesday and ended up buying a 2016 yellow GT. George was very courteous, and was very fair to me when all was said and done. Now I just have to learn how to use the bonus extras that came with the car. Joe Dziedzic GSM & Sean McCarthy GM were great to work with also. I never expected to buy a car this quickly, the whole transaction went so smoothly. I'd highly recommend George and Colonial Ford. More
