In February 13, 2014 I came to the Ricart Hyundai in response to a letter we received from Ricart suggesting we could trade in our 2011 Sonata in a promotion to terminate our current loan for a new Hyun response to a letter we received from Ricart suggesting we could trade in our 2011 Sonata in a promotion to terminate our current loan for a new Hyundai Sonata at near to our current monthly payment. We were introduced to Joe Eddy a "Product Specialist" who sat with us to determine what we wanted to do and what kind of care we were looking for. Since we had been previous Hyundai owners we knew exactly what we wanted. Joe listened carefully, assured us that he could help us find what we wanted. Joe found two cars in stock which matched our requirements exactly, color, leather seats, allow wheels and a navigation system. Joe spent considerable time showing us these cars and patently explaining the features. We were so impressed with the improvements in the technology the 2014, over the 2011 that we were sold on the spot. We explained to Joe that we had a particularly bad experience in the purchase of our previous Sonata at another Hyundai Dealer, and that we were not going to spend 8 or 10 hours buying a new car. Joe was cordial and assured us that he would not make us go through that again. Joe was true to his word and got us through the entire process in less than 3 hours from start to finish. We left with the exact car we wanted, at a good price and very pleased with the purchasing process and at Ricart in general. Joe Eddy is an excellent salesman with exceptional knowledge of the cars he is selling. He has outstanding personal skills with whom we made an instant connection. I was most pleased in the very low pressure salesmanship at the Ricart Auto Mall. The wife and I came in on a Sunday to take a Hyundai Elantra out for a test drive knowing that we were in the market but no at the Ricart Auto Mall. The wife and I came in on a Sunday to take a Hyundai Elantra out for a test drive knowing that we were in the market but not quite ready to buy. After the test drive and the information provided by the sales associate, I was back in on Tuesday to get some numbers. When I came in on Tuesday, I was greeted with a different friendly associate and got to work. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and drove away happy. This says alot coming from me. Back in 1994 I purchased a vehicle form Ricart and I was less than impressed with the experience and the product. I traded that truck in after only 24 mo. and vowed that I would never return. The last time I bought a car was 10 years ago and the worst experience of my life. My experience with Ricart was nothing like that. I actually had a nice and relaxing time. I filled out some info online in the morning saying I was interested in a car, he called about an hour later, we went to the dealership to meet with him - everything, from that intial phone call to the closing handshake was awesome. He was super knowledgable and personable. I left feeling like he was a loving relative. AND I have to say a major thanks to Jeremy Young, the Sales Manager, who was okay with talking to my dad on my cell phone. I can now say that we got a great deal! And Janda was great too. And Shannon. And Adam. Everyone! What I great expericene. Oh, and we love the car, too. THANK YOU!!!!! More

Joe the sales specialist was very informative, extremely helpful and new the product well along with all the features that came with the vehicle. He went above and beyond and even stayed after working hours helpful and new the product well along with all the features that came with the vehicle. I would have like to negotiate a sunroof or remote start in the pricing but there was no budging with cost with the manager a sunroof was one of the features i really wanted in the purchase of a new car.
