60,000 mile checkup and recall I had a factory recall and also scheduled my 60,000 mile checkup. Mentioned to Joe French I had a "thumping" sound in the rear and I was concerned it I had a factory recall and also scheduled my 60,000 mile checkup. Mentioned to Joe French I had a "thumping" sound in the rear and I was concerned it might be the shocks. Joe is very professional and listens to all concerns and makes notations about them. I feel very safe taking my car to Klaben for service. Turns out my shocks were leaking and they fixed that issue and because of the recall, I was given a free rental for the day. Tom Alcorn also got involved and they both made sure the car was serviced and I was taken care of. I really appreciate them both and respect their professional opinions. More
