60,000 mile checkup and recall I had a factory recall and also scheduled my 60,000 mile checkup. Mentioned to Joe French I had a "thumping" sound in the rear and I was concerned it I had a factory recall and also scheduled my 60,000 mile checkup. Mentioned to Joe French I had a "thumping" sound in the rear and I was concerned it might be the shocks. Joe is very professional and listens to all concerns and makes notations about them. I feel very safe taking my car to Klaben for service. Turns out my shocks were leaking and they fixed that issue and because of the recall, I was given a free rental for the day. Tom Alcorn also got involved and they both made sure the car was serviced and I was taken care of. I really appreciate them both and respect their professional opinions. More

Jeff always makes sure that we get the vehicle we want...did I mention how easy the entire process was and how polite and patient "JT" is? He will go over the vehicle features,explaining any features in detail if you have any questions. I always get reminder cards about service deals and even got a personal phone call to wish me a happy birthday...that's how connected this team is.
