Helpful, loved buying here Met Mike Cooney and told him what we were looking for and he worked with us right down to the color. see below I came in to have a problem repaired that has been addressed before and obviously not repaired for the long haul. Unable to fix the problem Brought my 2016 Ford Escape in due to "engine failure" message. The car has 30,000 miles on it... way to early to be having major problems. They replaced the engine throttle mechanism and assured me everything was o.k. Two weeks later, while in PA with my family and four hours away -- same message and problem. This is the second car I've purchased from Klaben. Both have been unreliable and had major problems in the first year or two and required many visits to get them working. More

I set an appointment for my last visit to Ohio and purchased my new tires from Klaben in Kent! Thank you Mike and all the service department for your consistent top notch service. 2015 Focus Hello....My daughter had her car towed in on Saturday morning and needed a loaner ASAP because she was in a wedding and needed to get there early. We drove up to Klaben's service dept. after the car was towed and it was a team effort to get her back on the road.
