Service and customer relations . Service and customer relations were as I expected, excellent. When the service inspection, subsequent to an oil change and tire rotation, discovered a Service and customer relations were as I expected, excellent. When the service inspection, subsequent to an oil change and tire rotation, discovered additional problems, the service department promptly (and accurately) informed me exactly what the problems were, the anticipated cost and since the repairs would take two (2) days to complete (due to a need to order parts),assisted me with a car rental, then promptly notified me when my car was ready. The work came in under estimate. They also assisted me by filing for the rebate I was due. More

Great Service Had my car in for oil change, fluid check, etc. Mona Crooks was awesome and so was Joe French. Good experience buying my new vehicle. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to consider trading in our Ford Explorer for a new model. Trade in value with incentives got us to pull the trigger on the Purchase that afternoon. We are loyal to Klaban Ford because of the Service Dept. and our long time Service Advisor Joe French.
