I came in without an appointment, Joe took the time to help me get straightened out. That is the reason I selected Joe for this purchase. He explained the new car features to me. The following day I called him with questions on the car. He came to my house and explained things. The following day I misunderstood something, stopped in the dealership and he helped me out. Excellent sales rep. As mentioned, this is my third Q7. The service department headed by Brian takes excellent care of my needs. More
