After a disappointing experience at my local Audi dealer in CT, I contacted Joe about a car I found on their lot. Joe was extremely responsive, clear, and easy to work with. The purchase process was smooth despite being a couple states away and I got a competitive price right away. Jennifer was very helpful in patiently reviewing all the questions I had on the paperwork and was not overly pushy on the "extras". There was a hiccup with the shipping company they selected becoming unresponsive, but I will not dock them a star as that is not their fault! I arranged my own truck and Joe was there to take photos and videos of it loading. I would shop with this dealer again if I am in the market for another Audi in the future. More
